The Media Architects (TMA) is a content creation and production agency based in Surat, working with clients across the country. We love social media marketing, design, video production and editing. We pride ourselves on top-tier design, video editing and production solutions tailored to their needs.

What we’re looking for
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer based in Surat, Gujarat. You will work closely with the Social Media, Content and Video teams, creating day-to-day visual content for multiple brands and creators. You will also work directly with our clients, turning complex ideas (often financial ones) into visuals people actually understand.

You will
Design content including, but not limited to:
Social media content: stories, carousels, static posts, reel covers and memes.
Data-led design: turning charts, numbers and financial concepts into clean, readable visuals.
Assets for the video team: thumbnails, lower thirds and motion-ready graphics for YouTube videos, explainers and ad films.
Campaign design: executing new social media campaigns end-to-end with the rest of the team.
Offline and event collateral for clients.
Email newsletters and client presentation decks.
Creative ideas that stop the scroll and hold attention.

Skills required
Highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop.
Working knowledge of a vector tool like Adobe Illustrator or Figma.
Understanding of aspect ratios, vector vs. raster graphics and export settings.
A flair for creativity, layout and visual aesthetics.
Strong grasp of colour theory and typography.
Good hold of English to create content free of spelling and grammatical errors.
Proficiency in AI tools like Gemini Omni, Higgsfield and Adobe Generative Fill, plus the ability to craft excellent prompts in Claude or ChatGPT.

Nice to have
Interest in finance, markets or fintech, or the curiosity to pick it up fast.
Understanding of social media trends.
Entry-level skill in Adobe After Effects or any motion design tool.
A good sense of humour and meme references to work into the content.
Attention to detail.
Communication skills and comfort presenting your own work.
